Editpep is a Berkeley spinout developing a new generation of medicines for the brain and other hard-to-treat tissues. Built on breakthrough science from UC Berkeley and the Innovative Genomics Institute, Editpep is advancing non-viral, peptide-based delivery technology for CRISPR medicines, initially targeting neurological disorders including Huntington’s disease. Co-founded by CEO Dana Foss and UC Berkeley professor and IGI investigator Ross Wilson, the company’s mission is to expand the reach of programmable medicines to patients who have few or no effective options today.
