ResVita Bio is the topical biologics (Topilogics) company. Genetically engineered bacteria are applied in a daily moisturizer and continuously make Topilogics on the skin. These Topilogics stay concentrated in the skin with minimal systemic exposure, so a single manufacturing process can deliver multi-target biologics to diseases that injected drugs can't safely or fully reach. Our lead program, RVB-003, targets Netherton syndrome, a life-threatening rare genetic skin disease with no approved therapy, and starts Phase 1b in February 2027; behind it is RVB-101 for atopic dermatitis, slated to enter the clinic in summer 2027.
